JEWISH EAST END with visit to Sandys Row Synagogue. This popular walk in and around Brick Lane and Spitalfields evokes the long-gone Jewish community of the late 19th and early 20th century. With shuls, schools and soup kitching the moemories come fllooding back and the tour ends with a special, exclusive visit to Sandys Row Synagogue, a community founded in 1854 and housed in a converted Huguenot chapel built in 1766. Please bring £4 per person in cash to cover entry to the synagogue and which will be paid directly to them. (this is not covered in the ticket price).
