Admission
To secure your child’s place, please kindly complete the application form and return with a £50 registration fee and £250 together with a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions.
Registration fee and Deposit
The registration fee covers administration. The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. The deposit will be offset against your child’s last month fees, providing that 1 months notice has been given. If for any reason you withdraw your application to BabyiSH prior to your child taking up their place this application form will be void but no part of the registration fee or the deposit will be refunded regardless of the notice time given.
Should the agreed start date be postponed or changed in any way by parents, BabyiSH will charge fees from the original start date as indicated on the application document / placement notification offer. By reserving a start date, your allocated space becomes unavailable to other applicants and therefore the cost of that space is fully chargeable.
Fees and invoices
Fees will be billed on the first day of each quarter (Jan to March, April to June, July to Sept and Oct to Dec). You can choose to pay quarterly or in monthly instalments. We accept payment by cheque, cash or childcare vouchers (if applicable). Cheques should be made payable to ‘South Hampstead BabyiSH’ with your child’s name marked clearly on the back. Please note that you will be charged a full quarterly fee which includes periods when BabyiSH is closed for any part of the billing period e.g. Jewish holidays or Bank Holidays. You will also be charged if your child is absent through illness or family holidays.
Opening times
BabyiSH is open from 08:00 – 18:00 approx 11 months a year (closed for Jewish holidays, bank holidays and any other holidays listed on the BabyiSH calendar). We are open Monday – Thursday, Fridays from 8am – 12pm.
Please note, a fee for late collection of £5 for the first five minutes and £1 for every minute thereafter will be charged for all incidences of late collection and you will be invoiced accordingly. Please note that your leaving time is the time that you leave the nursery & synagogue premises with your child. If for example a parent arrives at 6.15pm but remains with their child in the nursery while their child continues to play or the parent talks to a staff member until 6:25pm you will be charged a £10 late fee because our nursery and security staff have been delayed by 10 minutes.
Termination of agreement
Termination of this agreement by either party requires one month written notice. If parents choose to remove their child prior to the end of the notice period, all fees and deposit will be non-refundable.
